British Coffee Association strike gold for £10,000 Cash Hole in One Prize

Mr Richard Davies struck gold on the sponsored 8th Tee shot to sink a 212 yard hole in one for an amazing £10,000 Cash Prize Win. This main prize was sponsored by AGC Commodity Store Ltd, who are key members of the British Coffee Association.

Richard was a guest at The British Coffee Association’s Golf day at The Temple Golf Club. This was the second year it has been held at the club, and the 4th year in a row AGC has kindly sponsored the fantastic range of hole in one prizes on offer. These were all covered by hole in one insurance included in the prize package from Worldwide Hole ‘N One.

Richard, a member at Worldham Golf Club in his home town, who has a 14 Handicap, was shocked with his 212 yard downhill shot saying “The ball rolled out of sight and I thought it was gone, and then re-appeared to trickle towards the hole and in it went!”

Assistant Club Secretary, Stan Edwards, was amazed by the win as he stated “This is only the 3rd hole in one we have had this year at the Club, but never on this hole”.

Overall, a brilliant day had by all and a great win for Richard, who will now be planning on how to spend his hard earned cash prize, of course with the helping hand of his wife and family!
